Consider joining our team as an On-site Coordinator (Association) for Bentwood Hills Community in the Northern Kentucky Area.
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with at least a year of related experience.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to perform standard business math, such as calculating ratios, percentages, and tracking financial data.
- Willingness to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.
What you’ll do as an On-site Coordinator:
- Ensure maintenance and other homeowner requests are addressed timely, efficiently, and courteously.
- Receive and assign work order requests to on-site Service Technicians.
- Inspect the property to determine maintenance and landscaping requirements, as well as policy violations and safety matters.
- Address community rule violations with violation and enforcement letters, and report issues to the Association Manager and Board when appropriate.
- Assist the Board and Association Manager in establishing annual services to the Association. Draft annual budget for Board review and adoption.
- Attend regularly scheduled Board meetings, prepare minutes and Board packets for Board approval and review.
- Keep complete, accurate, and up-to-date property files and records; assist with the preparation of the monthly newsletter; adhere to Towne’s policies and procedures.
- Provide emergency after-hours answering service.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Office hours: part time schedule - Monday - Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, one evening board meeting per month
