As a Full-Time On Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll spearhead the service and expansion of the On Premise Drink Market, unlocking its full potential through strategic product placement and innovative on-premise equipment solutions. Your role will involve developing and implementing winning strategies that drive positive outcomes, all while collaborating with support functions to exceed customer expectations and achieve remarkable sales results. Staying ahead of competitive policies, processes, and promotions will be key to your success. You'll also play a vital role in training and developing employees dedicated to the on-premise market. Moreover, you'll create, implement, and manage incentive programs tailored to specific sales initiatives, maintaining a customer-centric focus as you project the image of our brand to employees, customers, and consumers alike.

To thrive as a Full-Time On Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a robust set of skills and experience. A minimum of 3-5 years in developing marketing strategies is essential, alongside a strong knowledge of the beverage industry and its products to effectively navigate this dynamic market. Excellent oral communication skills are crucial, enabling you to negotiate with clients, solve problems creatively, and address the concerns of both customers and employees with ease. Your ability to make compelling presentations will set you apart in our fast-paced environment. Additionally, a valid class D driver's license is required, along with a satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check per our Vehicle Safety Policy.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
