Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the On-Call Snow Removal Technician is to remove snow from Weller Brothers clients' properties.

If you would like to join our on-call snow removal team, please stop by our office at 27141 Parklane Drive Sioux Falls SD 57106 to complete the necessary paperwork. You must bring two valid forms of ID with you (Ex. ID, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, or Passport). All on-call team members will be first considered for full-time employment in the spring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and competency satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.­­

• Professionally communicate with customers.
• Take direction from Foreman.
• Communicate with the crew foreman to make sure the job is getting done the right way in the right amount of time
• Work all hours necessary to make sure your assigned job(s) are completed promptly and satisfactory manner. This will include weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Make decisions that are in the best interest of the company
• Treat all company property and equipment with respect.

Required

• Warm clothing to work outside.
• Transportation to and from the Weller Brothers shop at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Completed paperwork including ID to show eligibility to work in the USA.

Physical Requirements
