Context- Customer is going through a transformation within tech and business. There is a call to action to align goals, resources, and capabilities across the enterprise. Too many groups are working in silos. Working through EBP (Enterprise Business Planning) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) efforts. client had previously done away with the Enterprise Architect team but working to re-instate.
Here is one area ripe for re-factoring:
-Enterprise corporate finance- financial transformation
-Omni-Channel
Role: Omni-Channel
Requirements/skills:
Must have experience with omnichannel (online and retail stores)
POS, Catalogs, PIM, Inventory, etc.
This is not a solution architect. This is agnostic in tech stack.
This person will not be a typical consultant – a true leader in the retail/e-retail field
They cannot be project hoppers, must have several longterm clients

- 10+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience (as opposed to Solution Architecture)
- Have supported omni-channel platform and architecture work (bridging stores, online..)
- Gained foundational experience via an enterprise company or large consulting company
- Day to Day – I will confirm in mtg w/ hiring manager and have an update Friday late afternoon.
