OMH Director
The Opportunity
The Program Director will provide oversight and operations for our OMH Residential programs to ensure the effective delivery of services to clients and its compliance with all agency, funding and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
+ In collaboration with AVP, provide operational oversight and optimize services, clinical outcomes, and fiscal viability of OMH programs.
+ Provide supervision, guidance and direction to all assigned staff on an ongoing basis.
+ Provide and oversee ongoing staff training and development.
+ Conduct Quality Assurance on all programs and generate corrective actions as needed.
+ Provide oversight and review of service documentation, staffing patterns, clinical support, and administrative support.
+ Foster a family-like and trauma-sensitive environment in all programs that encourages emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
+ Recruit and retain a qualified workforce to meet supervision and therapeutic needs.
+ Reconcile and review all programs petty cash and credit card purchases.
+ Monitor case conferences, screenings, admissions, discharges, and oversee the development and implementation of assessments and goal plans.
+ Ensure that Residences are operating in compliance with all regulatory and funding sources.
+ Responsible for investigation and follow up for all significant incidents.
+ Collaborate with AVP to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and expenses.
+ Attend SPOA and SPA meetings for both residential programs.
+ Attend Treatment Planning meetings for residents.
Qualifications
MSW or related degree with 5-10 year's of experience required.
LMSW, LMFT, LMHC preferred
Minimum of 5 years working with individuals with serious mental health issues in a residential setting
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required
Valid and clean driver's license required
Additional Information
Salary: $80,000
Schedule: Mon-Friday, must have the availability to be on-call
