Position Description:

As an Unarmed Security Officer (OIC), you will help Anderson Security Agency provide security to the residents of a luxurious community. The Unarmed Security Officer (OIC) will help deter, detect, and report any unusual activity and act as an ambassador within the community. You will help to manage the team of Unarmed Security Officers. You will train or schedule the training for new officers and any ongoing training that is needed.

Essential Functions:

• Provide residents, guests, vendors, and employees with exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Control site access and perform site patrol in a varied nature to maintain a constant security presence.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of post orders, standard operation procedures, and client directives.
• Observe, report, and document any suspicious activities or criminal acts.
• Document any client policy infractions that may threaten the property, client, or employees at the site.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to serve and add value-added services to our clients.
• Respond to all emergencies and alarms promptly, assisting emergency services as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Unarmed Security Guard Card (We can help you get this!)
• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education.
• Proficient in operating a computer and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be in a physical condition to perform regular or emergency duties that require moderate physical exertion, such as:
  • Standing, sitting, or walking for an entire shift
