Job Description:
40 hours/week, hybrid position (NOT fully remote). Monday-Friday, no weekends or call. Experience required with Medicare/Medicaid billing regulations and procedures, contract negotiations & CPT coding. Multiple Epic certifications will be required and must be obtained within assigned timeframe (or will be released from position). Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related area required or candidate must possess equivalent work experience with reimbursement methodologies, contract language, and adjudication of claims.
**THIS IS NOT A BILLING POSITION**
The F&R Consultant completes contract build/modeling, performance reporting, and maintenance within Epic EMR; assists with new payer/plan build and design within Epic; negotiates payment on individual non-network cases; assists with third party payer reimbursements.
