Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will support the Legal Services department of Genesis HealthCare System, a 260 bed community hospital. The EA will also support other hospital departments as assigned.
40 hours/week, day shift, Monday - Friday
Candidate must have at least six (6) years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within a larger organization
Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience must include executive responsibilities including: managing leaders' schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, taking and transcribing meeting minutes, managing aggressive customers, serving as a committee member, etc.
