About the Job
Document Control Administrator:
-Coordinating complex activities between departments and outside parties
-Contacting company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information.
-Coordinating reporting staff within the Document Control Department
-Ensuring that all documents are prepared and managed accurately and efficiently.
-Setting up, editing, modifying, copying, and storing documents
-Creating templates
-Handling requests for certain documents from clients or employees
-Checking documents, scanning, and photocopying files, and making sure that organizational documentation is stored safely and securely.
Software Experience:
-Microsoft Office
-Project Wise (or similar Professional Project Document and Collaboration software)
-ECM (Enterprise Content Manager)
