Job Summary:

Duration: 960 Hours
Work Schedule: Full Time
Pay rate: $30.11 per hour
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- This position is needed to backfill the OSII (Ben Solis) while he hold a temp SOS assignment which was vacated by Roberta Leal.
- This position will also be need while the other SOS staff fill in for the delivery services that would normally be completed by the Warehouse staff.
- The Warehouse staff will need this additional assistance until the Sr. Inventory Control Technician/Scott Condon's position is filled.
- The OSII performs a variety of duties associated with the daily operations of Valley Water's receptionist duties, maintaining Valley Water's Client, Employee Directory, and Org Charts.
- They also assist with processing and routing incoming Valley Water mail, prepares FedEx packages, dispatches courier service requests, and assists the SOS with cashier functions.
- They will be responding to customer's requests via email or by phone, and assist with reprographics and warehouse when needed. Constant customer service interaction with internal and external customers is an essential
aspect of this job. - This position is highly visible and is the first point of contact to our external customers via the main (switchboard) phone. Attendance, punctuality and reliability are important aspects of this job.
Following is the typical body of work to be performed daily by this position:
-Provide receptionist and administrative coverage
-Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
-Answer a multi-line (switchboard) phone using Ring Central
-Provide general mail services (processing/delivering/receiving incoming and outgoing mail)
-Assist with bulk mailers and other mass mailings, such as Valley Water Annual Report and Calendars
-Assist with Cashiering
-Provide other administrative tasks as assigned
-Be responsive to internal and external customers via email and by phone
