Responsibilities:
May perform one or more of the following duties as determined by manager or business needs:
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed always
- Oversee monthly reporting.
- Ensure all employee training (new hire, monthly, cross training, site required) is performed and at standard.
- Maintain records and files.
- Respond to client issues and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to Manager without delay
- Handling packages and Equipment coming into the Receiving dock, after the packages and equipment are processed, help deliver packages / equipment to the proper buildings.
- Help deliver packages if needed and deliver Equipment
- Create shipping labels using the UPS CampusShip.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Assist with employee moves.
- Move furniture if required.
- Help with Conference room set ups if needed.
- Monitor shred bins throughout the buildings and swapping them out when full.
- Help with various task required from facilities
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Must have PC skills office, clerical, faxing, item processing, data entry or other related mailbox processing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven reliability and commitment to work schedule and attendance. Flexibility to work additional hours with little notice.
- Working knowledge of preparing files financial industry preferred.
- Proven high quality standard for work produced (consistent error free) and high throughput (consistent Items for Hour)
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines
- Follow internal operational controls and adhere to financial industry regulations
- Support other operations and administrative functions as required.
- Ability to work both independently and as active participant in a team environment.
- Contribute towards a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.
