Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Office Services Coordinator in its Buffalo, NY office. This is a temporary position with the possibility of converting to a full-time regular posistion. This individual will provide overall office services, facilities and file coordination with direct contact on a regular basis to the Facilities Supervisors. This position is geared towards individuals who possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively.

This role offers a hourly salary and bonus opportunity. The hourly salary range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers a full benefits package. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and order supplies
- Keep supply and mail rooms neat and organized
- Gather and send interoffice mail
- Call for service if copy machines are out of order
- Call building maintenance when needed
- Ensure proper appearance of office space, including conference rooms and visiting attorney offices
- Overall oversight of supplies, kitchen, printer, copier, mail, reception and conference areas (cleanliness, organized, marketing material displays)
- May be required to assist IT from time to time
- Set up video conference for meetings, depositions, etc.
- Set up new hires (computer, supplies, etc.) and conduct welcome tour
- Train new employees on office services equipment
- Request building cards or keys
- Reorganize offices and workstations of departed employees
- Organize office parties and firm-wide events
- Coordinate with Accounting for emergency check requests
- Coordinate with Iron Mountain regarding file storage needs
- Coordinate furniture requests with the Firm’s Facilities Manager
- Collaborate with all administrative depts. to address local needs/issues
- Contact Regional Director of HR with any employee issues
Experience/Requirements:
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Associate’s degree or relative experience in an office environment.
- Regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in English

- May be requested to work beyond normal work hours and weekends for special projects
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to work independently within general guidelines and minimal supervision

- Ability to respond to internal or external inquiries, including those of a sensitive, confidential, or adversarial nature
