Title: Office Service Specialist
Location: Arlington Heights, IL 60004
Duration: 8+ months (Temp to Engage)
Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Details:
Hospitality
This involves stocking, cleaning and organizing the customer’s breakrooms (coffee, cups, creamer, tea, paper towels, etc.); copy supply areas (paper, pens, misc. office supplies); and conference rooms (straightening the chairs, cleaning whiteboards, wiping down surfaces).
Mail, Shipping and Receiving
Receiving deliveries, notifying customer when they receive packages, coordinating deliveries, sorting mail, collecting outgoing shipments for pick up, etc.
Inventory Management
Tracking and placing orders for all the items that we supply for the customer (office products such as paper, pens, note pads, cleaning supplies; canteen supplies such as coffee, creamer, cups, sugar, etc).
Additional Details
Keeping records on spending and order totals
Identifying trends to ensure we are keeping the correct amount on hand
There is alot of walking standing and lifting. You will be on your feet most of the day. Max lifting is Ricoh standard of 50#.
Managers will review resumes. They are seeking Someone w/ restaurant, hotel or hospitality experience has been successful in the past.
Must have basic computer skills.
Good work history and some longevity.
Dress code: Black dress pants, black shoes (may be gym shoes, whatever is comfortable as long as they are solid black, and Ricoh uniform shirt). Candidate may wear a black button up or polo until we can order their uniform shirts
Report to 1501 W. Shure Drive, Arlington Heights, IL On site parking is free in a secure lot.
