ReceptionistMagnolia Health Systems Corporate Office is seeking a receptionist to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional support to our facilities, employees, and residents. For this role, Magnolia Health Systems is looking for a conceptual thinker who possesses outstanding organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate must be reliable, adept at accurately following instructions, and capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.About the Role:Magnolia Health Systems is seeking a Receptionist to - Greet visitors - Receive and re-direct all incoming phone calls. - Sort all incoming business mail and direct to appropriate office/mailbox. - Assist the Human Resources Department with administrative tasks within the Corporate Office, as needed. - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record keeping - Type and proofread documents, reports, and other materials as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable - Perform computerized tasks using various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite Required Skills and Abilities:- Must possess good computer skills, including knowledge with Microsoft Suite. - Must have good time management and organizational skills. - Must have strong ethics and reliability. - Must possess the ability to demonstrate good conflict management and decision-making skills. - Must be self-motivated, possess good problem-solving skills and be ready and willing to learn and adapt to changes.
