DescriptionThe Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitor and is often a customer's initial contact with Goodin Company. The position is Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Create a fantastic first impression for visitors and callers.
- Direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate person or department.
- Aid Office Support staff with overflow work.
- Perform daily paperwork and document scanning duties.
- Help monitor group email inbox in Microsoft Outlook.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and comfortable with extensive computer use
- Minimum of 2 years similar job experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

- May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Regular use of arms, hands and fingers to feel, grasp, type and reach.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period time.
- Close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Office atmosphere. Light to moderate noise (white noise, phones, printers, etc.)
