Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and coordinating appointments. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room setup and preparation
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
