The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support office staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
