Job Title: Office Receptionist

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our Cleveland team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, the Office Receptionist will ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the office calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and restock as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-service mindset.
