Project Coordinator
Vert Environmental has a project coordinator opportunity! This opportunity is a leadership role in our company with a lot of room to grow professionally, financially, and personally! Our Project Coordinator works closely with all of our teams. In this position, you will be communicating with clients and technicians to identify needs and coordinate testing. Project Coordinators have the first interaction with our clients in immediate need. You also report to our Project Coordinator Manager.

Responsibilities•Answering phone calls
•Calling clients and techs
•Scheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
•Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
•Data entry
•Preparing and gaining work authorizations
•File organization, faxing, and other administrative duties as needed
•Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies
•Great communication skills
Qualifications•Familiarity with San Diego
•Ability to multi-task
•Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong independent work ethic
•Ability to adapt on the go
•High School Graduate (required) B.S. Degree (preferred, not required)
•Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative capacity (preferred)
•Ability to take direction and work independently
•Strong planning and organizational skills
•Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Products, Adobe, and QuickBooks
