We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Office Operations Assistant, you will work closely with managers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks and office support functions. Your role will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. Responsibilities:

• Undertake administrative tasks such as mailing, filing, photocopying, and shredding documents.
• Assist in managing incoming calls, voicemail, and transferring calls as needed.
• Maintain inventory and handle work orders for office, merchandise, and cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Admin to meet departmental needs effectively.
• Receive and handle deliveries from external vendors.
• Maintain baseyard cleanliness through tasks such as weeding, watering plants, and cleaning debris.
• Run errands for mail, banking, permits, and supply pickups/drop-offs.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing for special events, including staff meetings and charity activities.
• Organize and maintain office common areas, ensuring cleanliness and restocking supplies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of office vehicles, including fueling.
• Manage warranties and protection plans for furniture, accessories, equipment, and tools.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external contacts and vendors.
• Provide support to field construction personnel as needed.
• Perform various duties for the Equipment Department, including running errands and managing shipments.
• Keep the fleet up to date and compliant with safety and registration requirements.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, dedication, and follow-through in completing projects.
• Work independently and efficiently, applying common sense to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MAC Applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $25-$28 per hour.
