Are you a detail-oriented, self-starter passionate about creating a culture of compassion and encouragement? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the office's smooth operation, fostering a compassionate culture, and supporting our care professionals with experience in home care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain office operations, including answering calls, taking notes, and scheduling home assessments.

- Cultivate a culture of compassion, encouragement, and teamwork within the office and among care professionals.

- Recruit and hire qualified candidates with experience in home care, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

- Schedule orientations for new hires and provide ongoing support.

- Assist in maintaining client relations and supporting the owner in various tasks.

**Additional Qualifications and Skills **

- Proven experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field.

- Knowledge of the unique challenges and demands of home care services.

- Familiarity with regulations and best practices in the home care industry.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a home care setting is a strong plus.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and care professionals.

- Understanding of client needs and the ability to match them with the right caregivers.
