Job Description:
The Office Manager will serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors, directing them to the appropriate areas.
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them as needed.
- Coordinate daily lunch activities and orders.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with families and staff.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient with technology and organizational tools.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
- Friendly, patient, and task-oriented mindset.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Assignment Length: Contract through the end of the school year (end of Feb/early March – June)
