We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

Office

• Coordinate and organize office activities
• Weekly payroll processing
• Weekly budgeting
• Sales Support and correspondence
• Invoicing
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Quarterly and year end performance reporting
• Utility and entertainment vendor account management
• Oversee stock of office supplies
• Greet visitors at office
• Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
• Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
• Ad-Hoc project work for senior management

Events:

• Contract management
• Sales deck and file management
• Vendor booking and correspondence

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of office management experience, preferably in hospitality
• Experience with administrative and clerical work
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
