Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Human Resources/Staffing: Provide HR support, including onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and processing payroll.
- Accounting Functions: Assist with accounts payable and receivable, maintain spreadsheets, and generate reports as needed.
- Shipping/Receiving Oversight: Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate inventory control.
- Project Management: Manage various administrative projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate with staff, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule Management: Manage the Office Manager's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HR software and accounting software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
