Position: Office Manager
Who are we:
DM&P supplies is a family run business who has been operating in the St. Paul area for over 20 years. We are a wholesale company that sells supplies and equipment and provide support to the deli, meat and produce industry.
Position:
DM&P Supplies is looking for a proactive Office Manager to help oversee the office’s daily operations. This job is not a normal office manager position of sitting at the desk. You will get the opportunity to learn all areas of business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering telephone, email and in person inquiries for product.
- General office administrative duties such as processing invoices, account payables and account receivables
- Processing and shipping online or phone orders
- Communicating with customers and Vendors
- Work with Sales staff on products needed to be delivered or ordered
- Maintaining a clean front office area
- Including but not limited to other duties that need to be completed around the office for everyday operation
- Assist in management of e-commerce (online store front, website, social media)
Skills:
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Word and outlook
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of Quick books is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Must be able to stand, kneel and bend.
