Office Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and creating a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker who enjoys problem-solving and is excited about taking on a pivotal role in a growing organization.
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/year, with potential for performance bonuses.
Location: Southington, CT (On-site).

This position reports to the Accounting Manager, and will support an office of 55 employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Organize and maintain records, documents, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and leadership.
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee engagement activities.
- Support financial tasks such as tracking office budgets, processing invoices, and reconciling expenses.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline office operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting across all levels of an organization.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
