Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Answer and manage customer phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Owner & Project Manager with scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Office Organization: Maintain and improve office systems to ensure efficiency.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Entry: Keep records accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction industry office management or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Familiar with BuilderTrend and QuickBooks Online.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
