About the Job
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the operations of our San Francisco headquarters. This role is central to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for our team members and visitors. You’ll take ownership of our facilities, oversee vendor relationships, and champion workplace safety and operational excellence.
As the Office Manager, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations while fostering an exceptional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
- Manage all aspects of office maintenance, including janitorial services, HVAC, pest control, and other essential services.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Oversee emergency preparedness plans and workplace safety protocols.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendor relationships, including contracts, invoices, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Employee Experience to develop and oversee the facilities operations budget.
- Monitor expenses, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Employee & Guest Experience
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and building management.
- Provide responsive support to team members for workplace-related needs and concerns.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
Administrative Oversight
- Manage and prioritize office-related requests through the internal ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace aligned with the company’s operational standards.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Experience
- 2+ years in facilities management, corporate services, hospitality, or property management.
- Tech Proficiency
- Skilled in Slack, Airtable, Google Suite, Zoom, and macOS.
- Problem-Solving
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Organization
- Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
