Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organizes and manages various functions requiring independent judgment and using diplomacy in dealing with staff, clients and vendors.
- Provide support to staff and/or departments in various complex, confidential and administrative duties.
- Manage an effective and productive workplace environment in direct alignment with company policy.
- Oversee departmental/office location expense budget, ensuring on or below targets performance each fiscal year.
- Compile and/or prepare reports as requested by corporate office relating to office function.
- Organize and maintain the office function and layout including maintaining equipment, supplies and any necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Oversea and/or assist in the recruitment of new staff, including on-boarding and necessary training.
- Promote and ensure office safety measures and emergency plans that are in place and in conjunction with company safety policy.
- Make suggestions and provides feedback on efficiency to executive management.
- Liaison with other outside office related agencies, organizations and groups.
- Updated memberships.
- Support office staff, as necessary.
- Travel to assigned "satellite" offices as needed for overall office management functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to gather and analyze data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize and organize, work well under stress, meet deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet deadlines.
- Skilled in interpersonal communicate to assist staff, clients and vendors.
Required Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Office Management with Supervisory responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business management is preferred.
- Experience with Certified Payroll preferred.

- Mobility: Must be able to stoop, kneel, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
- Visual Acuity: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
- Lifting: Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
