A wealth management firm is seeking a passionate and driven Office Manager to join their team and spearhead their operational support initiatives. This person will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining client accounts, handle various administrative duties such as reporting and document management, client communications, and ad hoc projects. This is a promotable position with opportunity for financial advancement! The salary range for this role is $55-70K/yr dependent on experience.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Create and maintain client accounts
- Provide administrative support to managers and executives at the firm
- Manage workflow and provide project management support
- Assist in maintaining and updating client information in the CRM
- Take charge of distributing mail, ensuring that every correspondence finds its way to its intended recipient promptly and efficiently.
- Partner with the team to send thoughtful client gifts for referrals and during festive holidays.
- Assist with end of the year reporting and client review books
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
