We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Office Manager to join our fast-paced legal firm. The successful candidate will be a key player in our organization, providing exceptional leadership and coordination of our office operations. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, data entry and input, billing, payroll, and invoices. The Permanent Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
3. Perform data entry and data input tasks, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems.
4. Manage billing processes, ensuring all clients are billed correctly and payments are received on time.
5. Oversee payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
6. Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
7. Develop and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are adhered to by all staff.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all office functions.
9. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports.
10. Provide administrative support to our legal team as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, preferably in the legal industry.
3. Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, data input, billing, payroll, and invoices.
4. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
5. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
8. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
10. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
