CommQuest Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-time Office Manager for our residential services facilities. The Office Manager ensures the smooth operation of administrative tasks and office functions across various locations. They oversee clerical staff, manage daily office operations, and maintain client-facing services, such as scheduling and check-ins. The Office Manager upholds agency policies, handles confidential information, and ensures efficient communication within the team. In addition, they provide support to clients and staff, ensuring a professional and supportive environment, particularly for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.

CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. What you'll do:
- Collect, record, and prepare grant reporting data.
- Prepare essential office forms and client materials.
- Supervise administrative and clerical staff, including performance evaluations and time clock management.
- Oversee the onboarding, training, and compliance of staff in line with state and certification authority standards.
- Provide clients with additional program and treatment information as necessary.
- Assist with Finance Enrollment Specialist duties as needed, may include but not limited to:
- Handling payments, cash drawers, and financial reporting
- Verifying insurance and processing billing.
- Charge verification and Medicaid enrollment processes.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday - Friday. Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration and financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in managing client billing, payments, and financial reporting in a healthcare, social services, or nonprofit environment is highly desirable.
- Maintains Non-Violent Crisis Interventioncertification(s), and other training(s) as required by the agency, obtained within first 90 days of employment
