We're a diverse consulting firm that supports construction, design, and engineering projects in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science spaces. We help our clients with everything from selecting subcontractors to permitting to project planning to site management to cost controls.
As we continue to grow and expand in new markets, we are seeking an Office Manager to help keep us organized and provide additional support to our team. The Office Manager will work in tandem with the owner of the company and senior leadership to support the day-to-day operation. This role will require wearing a few different hats - operations, accounting, and HR coordination.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience with bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, and office management
- Experience working with architectural, engineering, or construction firms is preferred
- Proficiency with Quickbooks and/or BQE Core
Day-to-day:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating office activities, record keeping, and ensuring smooth workflow
- Handle bookkeeping, manage AP/AR, process payroll, and manage employee benefits
- Provide support to senior managers including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, correspondences, etc...
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
