We are a reputable electrical contracting company specializing in providing quality electrical services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining office files, records, and documentation.
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting with payroll and bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinating with electricians and other staff on project details and scheduling.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience is a plus (especially in construction or contracting).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
