Office Manager Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
• Benefits: Direct Hire opportunity with commission, 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Plans, and PTO benefits.

Office Manager Job Description:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, credit card transactions, and ensuring alignment with the general ledger.
• Oversee payroll processing, including taxes, direct deposits, W-2s, and deductions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Handle employee benefits, including enrollment, cancellations, and inquiries, and maintain employee records.
• Process quarterly sales tax reports, annual 1099 forms, and month-end AP and AR closings.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor overdue payments, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Manage vendor and customer invoices, collections, and payments to ensure timely processing.

Office Manager Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping and office management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, accounting software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, tax filings, and benefits management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
