Our client, a Sports and Performance Psychologist is seeking a TEMP to PERM Office Manager for their Midtown office. Our client is looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and dedication to work every day, seeks out ways to improve systems and processes.

Role: Office Manager

Location: Fully on-site in Midtown, New York City

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with some possible OT as needed.

Salary: $95k-100k Depending on Experience

Degree: Required

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the principal's calendar, scheduling calls and meetings.

Office Projects: Lead office improvement initiatives, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Liaison Role: Act as the primary contact for building management, vendors, and IT consultants.

Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

File Management: Maintain organized files and reference materials.

Invoicing: Invoice clients, preferably using QuickBooks.

Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed.

Reception Duties: Perform front desk duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, managing conference room usage, and coordinating catering and refreshments for meetings.

Requirements:

Education: College degree required.

Experience: 3-10+ years of relevant office administrative experience.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; QuickBooks and/or HubSpot experience is a plus.

Personality: Highly detail-oriented, perfectionistic, with meticulous attention to each aspect of operations and practice management.
