About the Job
Our client, a Communications firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Office Manager. This person will mostly report to the Business Manager, but will support the entire office with calendaring, running errands, maintaining the space, bookkeeping, entering visitors into the system, and additional projects as needed. This person will wear many hats and be somewhat of a catch all. This role requires someone to be in office 5 days a week, from 9:00am-6:00pm with some flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Occasional errands such as running to the post office
- Taking messages for the Business Manager when they are unable to get to the phone
- Entering visitors into the system
- Inputting and uploading invoices into Quickbooks and Excel
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 -3 + years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using Outlook and Excel
- Finance experience is highly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- 75K - 90K
