Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk, Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties: Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Manage front desk operations including answering phones and greeting visitors - Support order entry processes - Computerize information for easy access

Skills:
Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus - Knowledge of QBO and/or bookkeeping is advantageous.
