We are in need of an Office Manager for our busy Menomonee Falls campus. Under the direction of the Controller and coordination with the General Manager, the Office Manager will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily bank deposit and cash report
- Reconciles select accounts monthly, reconciles schedules
- Prints monthly journals, schedules, and general ledger. Process month end and close month
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
- Hire, train, and supervise office personnel
- Prepare payroll and post to G/L
- Oversee collection of past due accounts
- Administers charge-back program for late charges to inventory
- Provide accounting support to management team
Requirements
- Must have auto dealership experience
- Must have strong accounting background
- Experience with CDK preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
