About the Job
Purpose:
As our Office Manager, you will work directly and report to the Chief Medical Officer, providing administrative support including e-mail management, calendar coordination and recording minuets and action items from corresponding meetings. You will also manage and maintain important subscriptions, system tools, and reporting tools. In this role you will also work directly with the Assistant Medical Director and Director of Nursing in a collaborative environment.

What we need for this job:
- High School diploma or GED
- Five (5) years’ experience in a customer centered office environment
- Advanced computer skills
