Office Manager - Rails

Summary:

Rails is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily office operations of our Los Angeles headquarters. This role is a unique blend of office management and administrative support, making it ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Office Manager reports to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations of the Los Angeles headquarters, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships, including food and beverage services, office equipment, and maintenance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for building management and service providers.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to support all office needs.
• Plan and execute office events, meetings, and celebrations.
• Provide occasional high-level administrative support to the CEO.
• Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or a related role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
