Position Overview:
The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective operations of the practice. This position requires a highly organized, professional individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
- Patient Scheduling & Reception: Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and coordination of patient flow.
- Billing & Insurance: Handle billing and coding for insurance claims,
- Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise administrative staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to office protocols.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information about services, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate stock of medical and office materials.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure patient records are up-to-date and maintained in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Office Environment Maintenance: Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the chiropractic team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or chiropractic setting.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (experience with chiropractic software a plus).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage staff effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare office is a plus.
- Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with insurance verification and coding.
