Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the firm.

We are looking for someone to take care of the people who work here first, as well as running, maintaining, and improving the business systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Personnel management (growing and maintaining the culture, taking care of the people)
- Manage intake and intake procedures
- Design, maintain, and improve the systems that run the business
- Bills and financial clerical activities
- Supervising marketing vendors and activities
- Confirm and maintain sales functions are on track

Qualifications
- You have run a law firm and have been involved in strategic growth plans in the past
- You don't take yourself too seriously and genuinely enjoy working with your colleagues
- 4 years of experience in office management (recommended)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- US Work Authorization, Microsoft Office Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
