Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant
Job Overview: Our Iowa City client is seeking to add a NEW Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant to their team. Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant is responsible for directing phone calls, computer input, and accounting support/reporting.
This is a Contract To Hire role.
What you will be doing as a Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant
- Answering telephones
- Accounting support and reports
- Accounting Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger Accounts
- Taxes
- Billings
- Bank Reconciliation
- All Required Reports
Computer knowledge:
Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook software.
Accounting Software experience.
