WHAT YOUR OFFICE MANAGEMENT ROLE ENTAILS:
As our Office Manager, you oversee various office functions, including client relations, scheduling, data entry, and phone inquiries. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy in maintaining electronic health records and safeguarding client information. As a leader, you onboard new staff and oversee scheduling processes, fostering optimal communication through regular office staff meetings. Your efficiency shines as you review agency policies and procedures, offering recommendations for improved effectiveness.
In this role, you supervise receptionists, client intake teams, and services verification specialists, providing guidance and completing performance appraisals. Your dedication ensures a well-coordinated and thriving environment where every detail matters.
