The Office Manager / Human Resources Coordinator will manage the daily office operations and execute the day-to-day responsibilities for human resources including on-boarding, employee benefits administration, worker’s compensation, safety tracking, and attendance. This position will develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to foster a safe and productive work environment. The Office Manager / Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with project document management, entering and processing submittals, and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts. Additionally, the Office Manager / Human Resources Coordinator will provide insights to leverage technology and drive administrative efficiencies for the team. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and manage competing priorities is essential to the role. Office Manager / Human Resource Coordinator position qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience within the construction industry, a plus
• Previous safety management experience, preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and pdf editors/manipulation software, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential
• Demonstrated community involvement, preferred
