About the Role
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing vendor relationships. Coordinate schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events. Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain communication with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting practices and financial management.
- Background in material ordering a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
