A construction services company is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with experience in construction processes, QuickBooks proficiency, and exceptional communication skills. In a collaborative environment, the new team member will drive operational excellence by managing contracts, schedules, and financial tasks while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Salary: $22-25/hr

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, proposals, reports, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Schedule and coordinate schedules, events, meetings, and appointments for multiple company employees.
- Establish, update, and maintain records, files, databases, contact information, records, and other documents.
- Handle payables/receivables and communications with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with a construction or general contracting company
- Experience using QuickBooks in a work environment required
- Basic knowledge of permitting, and construction terminology and processes
- Proficiency in Word, Excel
- Knowledge/experience with posting to Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In, and other social media
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appear at all times
- Possess a strong sense of: business phone and email etiquette, and grammar and communication skills
