Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Payroll Management
- Process payroll using TriNet (Zenefits).
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in hiring decisions and extend job offers.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
Office Management
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Ensure the office environment is professional and well-maintained.
- Act as a point of contact for IT support, facility management, and other operational needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in office management, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of labor laws and workplace compliance.
