We are looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to be part of our team! Frontline is a local and family-owned HVAC company specializing in residential installation, service, and maintenance.

This position will work directly with the owner and will play a pivotal role in overseeing our day-to-day options of bookkeeping, scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $33 per hour, depending on experience

What you will be doing / Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the owner
• Overseeing all aspects of office administration
• Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance services
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Generate and send invoices for accurate and timely billing
• Job costing
• Profit and Loss
• Budget analysis and forecasting
• Monthly closing
• Registering Warranties
• Getting permits
• Prepare payroll - ADP

Skills / Qualifications:

• 5 + years of bookkeeping experience in construction, HVAC, or similar industry
• Proven experience in office management
• AS degree in business / accounting, or combination of experience and education
• QuickBooks experience
• Cloud based CRM experience - We use Field Edge
• Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office
• Job costing experience
• Problem solving and providing solutions
